Description
The Stylish Yule Cap is a decidedly odd piece of armor headgear that was distributed to users by The Avatar of Dwayna in Lion's Arch during the Wintersday 2006 finale. Players would receive this item in case Dwayna won the contest with Grenth by gathering more Candy Cane Shards from a game of chance. (everyone in the district, including Grenth supporters, would receive one). It would appear in the inventory at the beginning of the fireworks.
It has zero Armor and may not be dyed or salvaged, but it can have runes applied to it and it can be infused. Like all armor, it is automatically customized, so it cannot be used by other players. However, this hat may copied for any PvE character on a given account using the Festival hat maker.
